Competent

I'm a hands kind of person, pay attention and have no patience for lazy and slow people. I'm a Team player though and always willing to help. My greatest Joy in my work is meeting deadlines and reaching Targets.

Excellent company to work for

Ideal work colleges, very caring and understanding . Very fast paced company. although many rules which some are irrelevant to daily tasks and are tiresome

Working together you can overcome any obstacle

What I liked most about my last position the ability to contribute in a collaborative way with other teams. Each team member was encouraged to bring new ideas to the project which were respectfully considered by all. For example, we once worked with a client who was relying on us to solve a critical issue. Our team met to discuss the situation. After I recommended a plan to resolve the issue, we took time considering the pros and the cons of the solution, building on how to make the idea better and more comprehensive. When we implemented it, it worked better and faster than everyone

Exceptional learning curve

The long hours Expectations that are not communicated. No clear communication of within department of objectives. An organisational culture that encourages inward fighting amongst employees.

I have learnt the ability of sorting out my own queries and gaining my own indepedence in what i do

I am a very hard working and dedicated employee. I believe everyday serves a new challenge thus improving my skills daily. I believe that whoever makes a decision to hire me would make an excellent one. No challenge is to big as I willing to put in the effort to get it right and to improve on it. A typical day at work would be running of invoices and sending them to customers

Pros: I have grown immensely as an individual in terms of doing the job and delivering on time
