• Chasing debt by telephone and email reducing debtor days • Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances • Negotiating re payment plans • Opening of new accounts in Bookmaster and doing ITC check and Bank Codes. • Assist in preparing monthly accounting schedules and reports in line with audit requirements • Responding promptly and completely to client and internal queries • PERSONAL PROFILE: I am an adaptable person who is always ready for change and encouraging activities. Great learning experience

My day to day work is looking for new clients and providing them with the best service. We have a great relationship with my co-workers, team work it's great and I learn a lot from each and every individual. I have learned how to work to work with different personality and how to approach a client. What I enjoy with my work it's approaching clients and doing presentations for them and getting them to sign with me and the most challenging it's getting them to trust me
