Good team to work with, full of energy and motivated.

I was using my own vehicle to facilitate delivery of groceries for online customers, it was a good experience and a learning curve in the logistics field, from working with dispatch to area managers.

Pros: Great atmosphere and team to work with
Cons: Late salary payment and sometimes bad payment

Excellent Leadership skills

I as a recent graduate student in Civil Engineering find this position as well first step. I built a good relationship with the shoppers and drivers. They depend on me as a leader to ensure operation gets done
