Excellant learning
My ideal working condition would include not working on the weekends without pay. To be happy with what I do. To also have good communication with peers . I need to have a good relationship with the founders of the company and be briefed on the founding of the company and the direction in which it needs to be pushed. If I am allowed to work on my own I will be an asset to the company .
