Great opportunity
I worked at Omega Risk Solutions as a Technician assistant. The working environment was great I got along with everyone mostly because the was a lot of communication between all of us.working there was the greatest experience of my life though it's not aligned with my Qualification as a Human Resource graduate.But I took the opportunity as a Technician assistant job opportunity with both hands.and the most challenging aspect of the job is that we always had to think fast and working with so little equipment, so that meant you had to think fast and be creative to get the job done.

Good teaching of
To work at my company its a good thing because you learn about different thinks everyday, new challenges Dailey. good work relationship as we worked as a team and motivate each other. Doing the good work good communication skills with the with the suppliers leaning about the different industries. the most challenging part is receiving the new items at the work place to find the space for that items. Creating and closing of the aisle was the big challenge as we receive the new items.
Pros: Leadership
Cons: good working hours as 12 hours a day or night became normal to us all. we ended up used to the shifts that we are working.

I am willing to learn. Hardworking and a motivational person. I am positive and will go the extra mile for the Company and my collegues. Enjoy working with people and are a team player.

Great learning curve
I started as an intern then I got signed permanently and I'm processing creditors invoices and doing reconciliations on a monthly basis, file ad-hoc documents, achieve our old documents, file supplier contracts. I get well with my co-workers I have learned a lot and to work independently as I had no working experience when I started working as an intern Double check the tax calculations on the invoices and follow up with suppliers for any queries obtained on a specific account Some of the challenges I've acquired is balancing creditors reconciliation at first but at the end I ask for help and make sure I understand the part that was giving me problems

Cons: Working hours,overtime not compensated,not enough opportunities for promotion or growth

Am a fast learner
I enjoy working with my co-workers, we teach each other if ever there's someone who needs to be taught. since I started working in this company I learnt a lot of things. what I enjoy most with my company, no one undermines anyone, if you make a mistake, I like to correct people. when I first came to the company, I did not know any of the system that there are using, I only knew the system from my previous company. Then I was shown how they do things which was totally different. But, at the end of the week I was on the track with my job. the most challenging aspect of the job is that I was only given 2 days training. But because I knew my Job, I did cope in a fast lane.
Pros: Can do my job without or without Supervision
Cons: Can work an extra mile.

Good learning curb
No support from senior management. Overload with work. Internal support is slow to respond. HR department is very slow in recruiting people to have a full site. Company not very willing to uplift skills for managment. You do learn a lot in running sites financially. Learning a lot of the business
