A highly professional and organized Senior Payroll Manager/Administrator with 20 years’ solid experience with exceptional attention to detail in overseeing accurate, efficient, and timely completion of weekly/monthly payroll preparation and processing. Possess thorough understanding of payroll principles and regulations, basic conditions of employment laws, payroll taxes and audits, benefit administration. Excellent communication skills to work with employees to explain and resolve payroll discrepancies. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as computerised payroll systems like VIP Premier, SAGE Pay, Paywise version 6 and Pastel Evolution.

Growth
I learnt a lot when it comes to my growth I went from a small store to a rather large contract. I got to learn a lot more about how effective teamwork can make a team strong. I learnt a lot more about business and how to make a business function. I learnt to work with tight margins and budgets. I learnt personally that being tough and strong helps because leaders need to be strong but fair and firm. It wasn't a perfect experience my management style was different from those of my managers

Management of entire WITS contract
Long working hours. 6 Days a week. Great relationship with staff on all levels. Close working relationship with Owners/Management. Passion for food and people essential. Requires 100% trust, dedication and loyalty.

Excellent learning and growing experience
. Policy drafting and health and safety, food safety policy reviews. worked well with staff. Enjoyed office work. Enjoyed and learned a lot in staff training, organising health and safety trainings and awareness's.

Good learning curve
Helps the customers with their payment for the purchased goods, house keeping, restocking shelves. The other colleagues were nice and friendly. I had a good relationship with the customers and became very good friends with some of them. The most challenging part of the job was closing late.
