A good company with a room for growth and opportunities

It offers in-house courses and other opportunities. There are lot of incentives and promotions. The most challenging aspect is to get signed forms from clients and they get other views from colleagues and friends and end up not returning signed documents making it difficult to reach the target.

Great work experience.

the debt review industry is very young and working at the company gave me enormous experience from the laws the acts and the amendments. I learned a lot about keeping a debt free lifestyle and its benefits.

Excellent learning curve

Good management. I enjoyed teaching clients about how to manage their budget. the most challenging day is when you get paid on commission.it taught me how to communicate with different people direct and over the phone.

Gain knowledge and experience

i feel like a lot can be done they can show appreciation workers by giving them increase and bonus and allowing people to grow and learn more from other departments. give employees a chance to also give ideas on how to grow the business and gain more clients for the business, some team members don't work as teams they should have more team buildings to build the relationship together before building it with outside clients.

Excellent learning curv

I have been interested in switching to financing for a while know and have been managing my own personal portfolio for few years.Joining another financial company or department make sense to me because i thing it will be one of the few places where i will be still be able to use my technical skills and spend my day thinking about finances. i am really excited to learn more and see how i will be able to contribute to the firm.

Was a good experience to learn about this industry

Horrible work ethic very oppressive management system. The directors are very selfish in thinking and management only aim to please the owners regardless of the the pressure put on the staff. Company is very short staffed and under qualified people sit in senior positions.

Working with team is my passion,taking advice from others,being in control in what I'm doing,respect the company policies, loveable person,giving advice's,learning from my mistakes and correct them and enjoy the company benefits
