Opportunity for the right personality

O-line is a great company to work for. Currently there are great growth opportunities as we sold the business to an international concern who are looking to grow staff. The current management will be nearly 80% replaced as the new owners take over the management of the business.

Pros: Great long term opportunities for the right personality
Cons: Ageing staff who block opportunities. There will however be a major management change in 2018 as current directors come to retirement.
