Excellent learning curve

start work at 4h00 have meeting with artisans concerning breakdowns in factory and jobs done and jobs still outstanding My relationship with co-workers are good Learnt a lot about management systems and how to do capex and meetings Repairing faults nobody else can Going to work early and solve problems at different sites

Pros: Great oppartunity for further growth
Cons: Long working hours
