The company has very good products and a great pipeline. The culture is quite easy going. They set very his standards and work very ethically. Not many opportunities for promotion.

Good opportunity for growth and development

Novartis is a good company to work for because of the culture the company has. The company cares about the wellbeing of the employees. A topical work day involves lots of teamwork and collaboration to reach company goal. What I do on a daily basis is attend trainings and travel daily to Healthcare providers to detail CV and Metabolic Brands. Coworkers normally have good relationships and work together to achieve targets. What I have learned the most is that a good organization culture promotes excellence by employees and unlocks potential. The most difficult aspect of the job is maintaining work life balance

Great learning opportunity and experience

My current company is a great company to work for with an amazing company culture and awesome people who are always willing to help. I have learned countless things as a medical sales representative learner such as building relationships with colleagues and clients as I call on pharmacists on a daily basis.
