Leading role
One needs to be hands-on. We deal with sensitive matters i.e perishable goods, customers and time which is everything in our business. Its important to open the stores punctually, make the customers order on time and deliver to the clients timeously. Everyone in our business plays a key role from myself to ensure our accounts are up to date to receive the stock, the managers place order, the cashiers selling to the customer, to the back-of-house member preparing the food and driver who delivers them. The worst moment is when the customer ordered a meal and they do not receive it (we get a notification a day after regarding that). I always strive to motivate my team as we all need each other to make a successful day by offering the best customer service. I get great pleasure when i receive a thank you from a customer for the great service my team offered as that reflect my leadership role. To make all team members to value their role in the business and see the critical role they play.
