Good exposure to automotive industry

I was pre-setting tooling for all the Lines and i was the leader of the artisans because i trained them when they come to work in Tooling department, what i have learnt was to have a good communication with all the shifts so that in what ever problem we come across we can help each other to solve it, where the last shift end and the coming shift with all the information from the previous shift can conquer the problem and even call someone have a better knowledge among the team, i was enjoying most the problem solving because i was a good listener to the artisans that were coming from the line with the problem On the 3 year contract i was the trainer and showing them the skill on how to approach the problem, showing them how the different tooling work, why we use particular tooling for cast iron or aluminium, why the Tool life is longer for aluminium

Pros: Leader of artisans
Cons: Working three shifts but if there was a problem towards the end of the shift we continue with the next shift

I have learned a lot in this field,from welding,developing in workshops,maintenance on mines,safety

i am a 37year old married man that started m career as a welder for 6years and later in 2011 was fortunate anough to been offerd an apprentership with a company called Ruco Eng. i qualified as a boilermaker 3 years later 2014, I believe in trust,honour,with that comes good standards/quality in the workplace as well as teamwork & safe enviroments, Also problem soving under huge pressure has tought me that anything is possible,i simply communicate well with managemnt and my team to get to the base of the obsticle

Pros: Give good quality and always value time & accuricy
Cons: in my field i'm used to overtime and working pressure

Excellent payroll

I have done 7 companies payroll Creditors All Nedbank / FNB Payment for salaries and creditors Intercompany account Pettycash Working enviroment with fellow employees was very good but I was not allowed to take more than 1 week continously leave as I was the only person doing the payments and payroll No December leave for me was allowed as only woman with children in school were allowed

Pros: Good company
Cons: Long working hours and no leave in December

Excellent on a learning something I don't know about it

I always make sure that the product is received is not short or any mistakes of a damage. It was my priority that I must supervisor everything I received and show the guys the way we work. At least I have learned a lot of things good communication with workers and management. Only problem did experience the was no trust in ather people because when u do your job the must be trust and believe.

Pros: I did a great dat opportunity of promotion
Cons: From 7 am until 5pm no lunch eat on a forklift bizy working

I learne how to work unsupervised

I was working good with the people and I work as toolmaker doing manaul milling machine, Grinding, Lathe Machine, Jig Grinding, service tools, built new tools, wire cut machines,

Pros: As a project leader
Cons: 40 to 60 hours a week

I am a very hard worker. a very fast learner can good with people. i am hone at the moment therefor i am available any time for interviews. please l am really desperate and therefor i will work for any based salary your office ate willing to provide me please

I'm a humble lady who has a man skills in diesel machanic.

my campany is the best campny that anyone can ever ask for.but i think i need more challenge that will keep me wise minded and upgrade my skill.Most of them all i want to became the best lady machanic.
