I loved working with people and helping them

It was a very clued up paperless practice. Very professional and up to date with proficient care and service to the patients. I loved working with the patients, making them feel at ease and help them to resolve problems with their medical aid and sorting out of their accounts. It was a very interesting job because there is only 6 specialists in the country that specializes in rare and infectious diseases

Cons: No space for promotion

Good learning curve

Prior to being a full time student .I worked for a research company ,it was a great experience of engaging with customers trying to find out about the quality of service they received. I learned how to become more confident ,articulate and patient too .

Pros: great opportunity to call African countries
Cons: depleting leads
