I enjoy working all sort of people. I learnt to even with most difficult bosses and staff members. i prioritize my work all the time. I always ensure to meet deadline. I always set my own goal in order to meet deadlines. I always make sure i do my work in a professional manner. I learnt to always stay calm in all pressurized environments.
Pros: in one company I was working for I was promoted from Secretary to Personal Assistant
Cons: At times if there is a lot of work in order to meet deadlines i usually work long hours.

Great learning experience
work starts at 7.30 - 4.30 Have a good working relationship with others Learnt accounting auditing and how to do tax returns on efiling The most challenging aspect of my job would be to meet deadlines and budgets

Excellent working ethics
my name is Thabile, Thobeka Mncwabe, I'm a very open and well rounded person and on a normal day at work I'd arrive before time just to catch up on things that were supposed to be sent might be that those things were documents or whatever the case may be and to look out for things that I am supposed to do like emailing other people or whatever the case may be, not forgetting to take calls and respond to emails. I know how to work with people might be co-workers or clients or any other person that arrives and leaves the company, I make sure that they have a smile on their faces when they leave and that they feel free to come back next time and to make business with us any time they need anything. Leaving your problems at home is the most important thing, you don't want to be taking out your problems on people plus everyone has their issues Working with different people from different places and sometimes different countries. having to multi-task is not easy

Learned alot. Got alot of Admin experience.
When I was working at this company I really learned alot. I learned how it was working under a manager and time management. I got along with all staff members and we all had a professional relationship. I really enjoyed working in the office on the computer doing all the admin, sending out quotes to customers and finally meeting them face to face. The most challenging aspect of the job was making sure all the information was always 100% correct.
Pros: Great opportunity. Worked well with all the staff members as well as the manager.
Cons: Long working hours and salary is too low.

I have worked for Old Mutual for 21 years - DID life insurance, new business, annuities , investments, medicals Then i worked for an independant broker in the eastern cape Where i did short term, personal, commercial, farming and fleet After relocating back to Cape Town i have been working for an brokerage, doing short term, which includes personal, commercial. farming and marine insurance. i have done my RE exaM I just finalised my TCF (Treating customer fairly) training as well - received my certifcate. i can do quotes, renewals, endorsements, email, telephonic equiries, underwriting and claims on personal and commerical lines, i also do marketing and do cold calling to obtain new business i have been a personal assistant for the last 7 years Hope to hear from you Have a wonderful day

Be the best Buying
Being a media buyer is very challenging. Many clients to satisfy, high stress levels, it is a very friendly and exiting job. I have learnt so much about media and how it works. A lot of negotiations and accuracy. It is a great environment to work in as you learn new things every day.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about the media industry and meeting new clients.
Cons: Unexpected long hours.

Excellent learning curve
I loved working under pressure, have good people skill. Are punctual and.always willing to give more than expected. I love new challenges and open to learn new things. My work is accurate and on time.

Excellent
I can work with a team , my previous employment I was a project controller and I was working alone in the office. The other team was working in the field but it felt like they were in the office with me because I was communicating with them each and every day doing administration for them, ordering material for them making sure the are working safe for us to accomplish Zero harm and to meet KPI's. I would drive to them unnoticed just to check if safety measures are being taken because I was also a safety represantative we were like a family . I enjoy working with different people from different background it made me to realise that I must accommodate and not take everything for granted, learn to know that we are different but at work I must create healthy and live environment so that everything must be done on time. For me as a project controller Ierned that Time, Quality and money are very important aspects.

fast learner problem solver hard worker strong in admin and getting things done. I am a peoples person I blend in nicely always trying to better myself and learn new work related stuff. I am accountable and also dependeble. I think of myself as confident.
