A typical day at Lenmed while working at pre admissions, was to meet and greet my patients android explain and re assure them re their theatre procedure and also to advise them re certain aspects involving their medical history. I had an excellent job related relationship with workers. It's about respect and responsibilities. Iv learnt that love and respect and forming a work related bond helps to get the job well done and communication is key. Working with people is and has always been my passion. I often experienced difficult patients who was diffucult due to the unknown of not knowing what to expect and what would happen. Once I explained and sat down with my patient the challenge was eliminated and a job was well done.

I am a very hard work, good at what I do, eager to learn new things,
I am currently not employed, but I got along well with my co-workers, at all my previous jobs. We were always busy, but my last job was only temp My previous company I was there for plus minus 4 and half years Clayville Engineering Before that I was at Motorgezi Engineering for 2 years. I left there because Clayville Engineering gave me the opportunity to train me as a Turner and helped me go through my trade test. I learnt an awful lot at Clayville
Pros: We were left to work on our own, and got to work overtime quite a bit.
Cons: Not scared of long hours or overtime.

I would like to say I'm hard working person, team person, easy to adjust to any environment, good communication skills. Good coaching skills, background of supervision plus managing team's in FMCG for the past fourteen years and ready to resume.

When i got the chance study to be a shift manager
Dealing with customers The relationship with the coworkers was great. Learned that customers need more attention to built the a good customers service. I enjoy leading the team and encouraging them on a daily basis and over looking the entire business on a daily basis.. To deal with an angry customers

Growth Opportunies
Dealing with customers and resolving their enquires. Requesting assistance from other co-workers when unable to assist a customer resolve their enquiry. Helping other co-workers with their work when chasing deadlines and my work is up to date. I enjoy dealing with customers, a satisfied customer makes my day. I have learnt how to manage my time effectively. My relationship with co-workers is a very good, we believe working as team can be more productive for the whole company ,we respect each other and we support each other. The most challenging is screaming customers, but I always try to keep them calm, listen and make them understand that I understand their frustration and that I will do all in my power to assist them.
