Excellent learning curve, excellent customer service.

At my previous job I enjoyed working with different people. I have learned that you need to assist the customer as best as you can and also exceed the customers expectations. The most challenging was dealing with difficult customers but it's always a great feeling to assist even when it seems impossible.

Growing it teams of skills and knowledge and working with different people.

I like to work different people in the work place, do job orientation because I learn new things every time and it helps me to grow my knowledge. I've learned that some time it difficult to introduce new improvements in a company because works become used to the culture of work it take time for the to adapt to change but with a motivation and inspiring they change and give go performance. I enjoy take charge I like to run a project and see all my out comes.

I take marketing to people and make them feel like they are part of it.

I'm a hands on persons on a company who is driven by innovative thinking also by success. I'm a fast learner individual that admire the given targets to be reached. I'm also a dedicated person who can work overtime and out of time. I possess a pro-active skills such as good communication skills verbal and written.

Excellent in upgrading my skills

My usual dmay is everyday is different the work culture is easy going with everyone willing to help I was exposed to different industries therefore making more knowledgeable about different processes I enjoyed site work and big projects the most challenging aspects is working to deadlines

It's an experience I won't forget and it helped to toughen me up

I have never had a permanent employment since 2007 and I am willing to undergo any training required of me to better my performance and grow within the company. I have been working as a domestic work part time. But also been unemployed.

Pros: It helps put food on the table
Cons: Working long hours and little payment

Good

The company was a great environment. But not a good space for personal growth and it was just long hours and I had no good selling skills. I enjoyed connecting with clients and making sure that their financial needs where met.

Learning curve with tough life decision making

I have been involved in all areas of work from admin, technical, management in restaurants, waiter, lifeguarding, etc. I am a people's person and a team worker. I'm sober minded full time and a very creative person. I go beyond my requirements to create and resolve technical problems because I'm very good with computers and handy work.

Pros: Good benefits. Good support with personal challenges like finance and others

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

WORKING AT OLD MUTUAL HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL. THE FLEXIBILITY OF WORKING HOURS AND THE EXCESS OF BENEFITS THROUGHOUT THE COMPANY. WORKING WITH PEOPLE WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE TO ME.
