I am a fast learner
Work every day except for weekends Work very well with people from multicultural backgrounds, I make a good relationship with other employees Work very well under pressure, I have learnt to work very well as a team player analysing samples and raw materials the most challenging part but exciting is to be very precise and accurate, and meet deadlines

. I am a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
I work reasonable hours starting from 6am- 8pm. I have the best relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that doing my job in my excellence have great rewards. I enjoy doing my job and meeting the deadline before time. over times are the most challenging aspects of the job.
Pros: The harder you work and do the great jobs you get a promotion reward.

I worked at Thuthuka pilot program in uwc in 2017,i enjoyed it as I learned a lot about team work and de we were also given time to focus on our studies as well because when exams were approaching no classes would be held as we were given time to study. I interacted with other learners as well. dication.

Excellent learning experience and knowledge
Typical work day is busy with a lot of challenges which push one to always perform at your best at all times. My Co-workers are such an awesome bunch of people, we have built a good relationship and work well as a team. I have learnt been able to add a a lot of things to my resume' like working with QC and suppliers on the quality expected of packaging and so forth, how to deal with claims on goods returned how to plan bulk base oil orders and plan the trips to ensure space is sufficient in holding tanks on our site, a lot of other valuable experience has been added to my my knowledge as to purchasing I enjoy the demand of the job as well as the experience of working with all types of people and learning different things daily. Ensuring that the quality supplied is correct and ensuring RM supply at correct date to provide manufacturing with sufficient stock to blend and fill for our demands

Excellent learning curve
Hard working learning new skills and abilities working as a team respecting each other team leading I've learned that you always wear a smile on your face for your clients I enjoyed team building activities the most challenging aspects of the job is to work with people that are short tempered.
