Good learning curve, opportunities for woman in my department and mining.

Being exposed to different mimes underground and finally getting the opportunity to work on surface and do things I could not do underground. I work well with my colleagues we resolve any issues we come across, therefore the job is not affected negatively. I enjoy doing primary and secondary injection and monthly inspections on electrical equipments for contractors. I have learned to be patient with people but not accept substandard work.

I have learnt a lot and willing to learn new things

MY TEAM IS SO SUPPORTIVE AND FRIENDLY .,AP AND ALSO MANAGERS ARE APPROACHEABLE AND THEIR DOORS ARE ALWAYS OPEN FOR EVERY ONE ANY LEVEL.I HAVE LEARNT A LOT AND ENJOYED THE CHALLENGES..

Good Company to work for

Good opportunities for employees in terms of development and learning structures. Good learning curve for senior and upcoming and new employees. A good cultural structure for communities as well as social welfair.
