Great room for growth within retail
My typical word day consisted of working with customers, assisting the pharmacist with administration, stock control and general housekeeping services. Then as a GNC nutrition and sales advisor I had my own department in the store which I had to take care of. I had to sell and give advice on the products . My relationship with my colleagues was great because they were willing to teach me most of the times and I must say I walked out of clicks with many skulls. I've gained selling skills, administration, office clerk skills and was even trained on how to be a supervisor. I honestly enjoy working with customers, you gin a lot of knowledge from them and just being able to get a positive feedback on the product advice I've given them. The most challenging aspect of the job was dealing with customers who had a bad attitude, this was a challenge when i started working in clicks because I didn't really have the skills of dealing with such but after clicks I must say they aren't that bad anymore.

Excellent learning curve
As a Safety Officer my work days where always busy and tiring at some time so at always been a busy day for me at work. Relevant aspects that I have learned is to keep focused and vigilant about everything that's taking part during my watch. It taught me also to be a wise person on dealing with people sometime. Thongs I mostly enjoyed where the inspection time . Excellent learning opportunity
Very pressurized and energetic work environment, long hours, ability to multitask and problem solve quickly. Utmost important: nurturing strong client relationships, prioritizing client interactions, satisfaction and quality of their work over quantity. Being punctual and strong organizational skills required. Delivering quality work under tight deadlines. Part of a dynamic, professional and legally creative team. Gaining new/expanding knowledge and experience daily. Constant room for improvement and growth. Most challenging aspects: staying abreast of ever changing legislation/procedures, working extremely well under pressure, staying on top of a magnitude of different matters, keeping within deadlines and managing demanding client expectations whilst remaining calm and focused. Excel when clients are happy, working in a team, constantly learning, assigned thought provoking challenges, required to meet deadlines, opportunities available to grow and better self professionally and personally.

nMy career has afforded me the opportunity to enhance my business and industry knowledge skills and moulded me into an independent, self-motivated, innovative and logical thinker. Whilst I am able to work independently under high volumes of work and extreme pressure levels, my excellent communication and interpersonal skills allows me to converse with all individuals on a professional, approachable level, permitting me to enjoy the stimulation of being a team member and leader. I am able to submit to authority and through sound analysis and lateral thinking I am able to make well informed decisions that have proven to be profitable throughout my career. My outlook is locked onto the concept that personal advancement as well as corporate interest should work simultaneously, as I do not allow for my failures to result in stagnation, however, I use these as an opportunity to learn and to prevent any setbacks.
