- Works well in teams. - Enjoys working with people & resolving conflict. - Would like to specialize in labour law in future. - I have learned to be patient in this environment.

Pros: This company offers great work & life balance. Employees are allowed to work from home at least twice a week.
Cons: In some instances there's too much travel to projects & most engineers are away from families for periods of 6 months up to a year with few family visits allowed.

We have good working conditions; most employees are motivated.

I currently support a team of 7 line managers within the organization, each line manager has about 36 direct reports. What challenges me most is not having face to face interaction / meetings with some of the line managers I support.

Pros: A good work & life balance culture withing the organisation.
Cons: There are no prospects or opportunities for career growth nor promotion.
