New opportunity for challenges and develop and enhance skills

Managing the Department, queries, and co-ordinating all programmes. Had an excellent work relationship with all co-workers. I learnt new programmes via the intensive training I received. I enjoyed my interaction with the new companies and learners. The most challenging aspect was the satellite office was often overlooked by head offices and not marketed as aggressively as it should have been.

Pros: Invested in training of staff and all times.
Cons: Limited growth and the staellite offices was under staffed.
