Learning Curve

Very hectic work days, I always has a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learn how important client service is not only external but also internal. I enjoyed mostly when client/members are happy with my service that I delivered to them. The most challenging aspect of the job is the huge backlog.

Lot of training to expand my experience in Fumd Administration

Great company to work for, great people to work with. I was taken from learnership, this year i am being trained to be better than i was when i first walked into that building.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning more about different functions
Cons: Long hours are voluntary.

Great culture

Great culture, but less growth opportunities .................................................................................................................,,.,,,,.,,,,,,,?)$$()(((

Pros: Great rewards once a year otherwise there are good recognition in terms of treating staff well buying gifts etc
Cons: Bad increases, no promotions , no growth, no recognition for an individual

Excellent learning experience

It was a great experience. I learned a lot from my manager and the support I had was out of this world. I had a lot of interaction with the big clients and the experience was exceptional
