Mechanical engineering lecturer

I am Owen Nyumani Mahlaule. I am currently working as a PL1 Mechanical Engineering lecture at Nkangala TVET College (Waterval Boven Campus). I am a qualified Mechanical Engineering technician with a National Diploma. I have got 1 year experience in the engineering field and 1 year experience in the teaching department.

employees get along well no conflict working condition are good carrer development wise it's was satisfying to work there o enjoyed working each and every day work ethics and corporate culture was in a upper level management where understanding

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL I HAVE LEARNED TO BEHAVE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER WITH MY COLLEAGUES I ENJOY ASSISTING POOR STUDENTS THAT COMES FOR ASSISTANT IN TERMS OF STUDIES I HAVE LEARNED COLTECH SYSTEM DATA CAPTURING AND ADMIN DUTIES WE ARE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO STUDY FREELY PAR TIME TO EXPAND OUR CAREER LIVES THE CHANGING OF STAFF MEMBERS BECOMES A CHALLEGE

Excellent learning curve

At my company ive learned many things like work as a team and respect each other and we also have good relationship with my colleagues . I enjoy sending emails and checking balances for students . the most thing that challenging is where students check their results and find that there is outstanding marks for their subject and find that they are owing . I have learn to work under pressure and respect what students wants. i work from half past seven to four o clock and one hour for lunch .

MORE INNOVATIVE AND A HARD WORKING INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS THE ABILITY TO STRIVE FOR NEW GREENR PASTURES

As a matured as I would need to be is have associated myself with new challenges so as to mentally grow bigger and bigger. Truly speaking I have learned a lot I the industry and feel like I have to do something else to nourish myself.

Pros: I have the ability to learn from others, share my knowledge and skills acquired from my previous experience and can cope very well with new changes and lead if so required.
Cons: I do not mind how many hours i work per day solong as it goes with good compensation.

Principled Educator

I have been in training and development for almost 16 years and has been producing excellent results throughout the years as a qualified assessor, moderator and Facilitator. I have been a extensive knowledge on course design which is great and pronote a sense of understanding and growth

Job for survival

- The challenge I have encountered many times is the long hours. - Always have to be on your toes. - Have a good relationship with my co-workers in my departmnt but other co-workers do not even recognise who I am. - I enjoy assisting with administration work

I HAVE LEARN ALOT OF THINGS IN THIS COLLEGE

I USSUALLY WORK 8 HOURS PER DAY BUT I DON'T MIND WORKING OVERTIME MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS IS VERY GOOD CAUSE I DON'T LIKE FIGHTING IM ALWAYS QUITE I DON' T LIKE PEOPLE TO GET ANGRY ABOUT ME I HAVE LEARNT A LOT OF THINGS WITHIN THE COLLEGE I HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE ENVIRONMENT I HAVE REAL ENJOY WORKING WITH SUCH A CARING PEOPLE.WHAT CHALLENGES ME IS THAT THEY USE TO GIVE ME A LOT OF JOP AND TOLD ME TO FINISH IT ON TIME AND I WAS TRYING MY BEST TO FINISH IT ON TIME .
