I HAVE LEARN ALOT OF THINGS IN THIS COLLEGE

I USSUALLY WORK 8 HOURS PER DAY BUT I DON'T MIND WORKING OVERTIME MY RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS IS VERY GOOD CAUSE I DON'T LIKE FIGHTING IM ALWAYS QUITE I DON' T LIKE PEOPLE TO GET ANGRY ABOUT ME I HAVE LEARNT A LOT OF THINGS WITHIN THE COLLEGE I HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE ENVIRONMENT I HAVE REAL ENJOY WORKING WITH SUCH A CARING PEOPLE.WHAT CHALLENGES ME IS THAT THEY USE TO GIVE ME A LOT OF JOP AND TOLD ME TO FINISH IT ON TIME AND I WAS TRYING MY BEST TO FINISH IT ON TIME .

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I TRAIN APPRENTICES ON ELECTRICAL THEORY AND PRACTICALS AND I ALSO ASSESS THEM IN BOTH. I WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A TEAM AND IF I'M NOT SURE I ASK AND MY CO-WORKERS AND IF THEY ARE NOT SURE THEY ASK ME AS WELL. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM IS VERY GOOD. I HAVE LEARNT THAT IF YOU PREPARE YOU ARE ACTUALLY PREVENTING POOR PERFORMANCE. WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS THAT MY APPIES EVEN IF THEY CAN BE TRADE TESTED BY WHO SO EVER BUT THEY ALWAYS PASS FIRST ATTEMPT. THE MOST CHALLENGING PART IS THAT THE JOB IS TOO MUCH THAN WHAT I GET AT THE END OF THE MONTH.

Excellent learning curve

I had to deal with students as my customers,they were my first priority because I was in an internship program(WPE).I was been interned as finance admin officer of nkangala tvet college Mpondozankomo campus...we're I had to perform the following : Update student's accounts with Mpondozankomo's account I have done petty cash for Mpondozankomo I paid part time employees of Mpondozankomo Bank reconciliation Refunds Application of certificates for students Finance NSFAS And all other admin work,typing,printing,copy,email,telephone,former registration committee Col_tech

Excellent in service training

its such big company,that thought me to be energetic,open minded and accurately.its a learning day every day as we deal with different personnel.during registration period its a hectic time and that has made me to be more reliable and work under pressure. i enjoy being at reception the most because you get to intact with many and different personnel.i have learned how to communicate with student,parents and visitors.

Pros: great opportunity for doing practicals

A good learning curve

A great institution to work for in terms of remuneration and flexibility at work. however discrimination is often applied to stuff that are on contract occupation eg recommendations from a contract stuff member is never taken serious and that demoralize the creativity of people in their work place. Nevertheless, typically a day would start in the stuff room where announcements are made for the day ahead, questions asked and answered,recommendations heard and off go out to respective working stations

Pros: You get to have a lot of resting days and that gives you time to persue other interests
Cons: You can be employed on a contract occupation for a very long time and can never predict and plan for things ahead

Communication

working at an education institution was the best thing especially dealing with the learners with their demands, it taught me how to deal with the matters like strikes and unnecessary demands. some days were difficult because of the violence of the students but because of we knew how to handle the situation it became not an issue. I have enjoyed working with different people on a daily basis.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned to deal with different people with different mind and behavior, the skill that I learn with the carrier that am on it is the good experience,dealing with servers and computers and fixing network connection,assist users with remote connection that is the good experience.
