Learnt and Still Learning

I work for a relatively small company, i have a good relationship with all my colleagues, I have learnt how to handle stressful situations as well as how to deal with difficult clients, it has been a very great experience for me and has helped me grow as a person. I enjoy making my clients happy and making sure they have what they need or what they have been looking for. The most challenging issues I face is the fact that my work place is far from my home and i travel close to 4 hours a day! The other issue is my financial strains - we do not get increases and with all the increases in life it is very difficult to keep up. There is no room for growth and i need something more challenging as well as a chance to grow within the company.

Pros: Great opportunity to work with diverse people
Cons: Long distance travelling everyday
