I am a hands on person who delivers myself in a very professional manager creating a great working environment making sure I get my job done. I enjoy the face to face customer interaction and helping customers comes to a understanding.

Good memory. Fast learner

I have exellent memorizing skill and I have the ability to learn something new within a short period o time and the capabilities of working overtime without complaints On a normal woriking day we help consumers with produts they need for a specific activity most especially sport as we at nike embrace that sport is our passion and nike has really taught me not to judge because we believe tha if you have a body then you arean athlete no matter the size or shape Most challenging aspects of the job is that we have a certain target to reach in a week but through teamwork with co-workers se help each other throughout the struggle.

Great learning experience

Like everyday in the morning,we have to do training,it is product knowledge in away we get to know more of the stock we have and how to sell it,every member of the store has their turn to participate and sometimes we would play games instead of reading the training straight up. Excellent learning curve,direct to consumer customer service,communication based,energy and activeness is the strategy.Motivation is way to go as you encounter many consumers with different needs and attitude.Must be enthusiastic as it is an active wear brand.Friendliness is a way to live in the industry.With the COVID around,you must make sure you protect yourself and your consumers.

My work ethic

Previous jobs have taught me time management and how to be accountable and productive. I have a friendly personality although very focused when I have to work and work with others, I generally get along with everyone. I have learned how to approach person confidently and provide premium service. I enjoy getting along with others and completing the task at hand. Challenge vary with the different work environments but I apply myself to overcome them.

Excellent experience and learning curve

To work at my company is a great experience for one who has a first time job. You can learn alot about wkrijg environment. But I would however not refer even a family member to work for this company. I believe I am under valued

Pros: Great sales opportunity
Cons: Long working hours. No weekends off.
