I have learn a lot of Technologies being used in a Software industry

- I have good relationships with my co-workers - I have learn to handle the decision on my own also solve problem on my own - I enjoy working around the team, helping others and also teach others the knowledge i have - I Working at the environment where there's lack of support and communication

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things and exposure to new technologies
Cons: working long hours and the hike is low

Good start

Good company that is helpful with development skill. Provides training but they offer it during late hours or during client hours which makes it difficult to attend

Pros: Best opportunity for leaning
Cons: No bonus including in the salary

Excellent learning curve

Ability to engage with co workers, make a normal working be good bu cooperating with other teams to try and fix issue that have arrised and make a product that is of quality for business

Great space to learn and grow

I enjoy the working enviroment however the working hour hours are long and sometimes it does'nt feel like the work put in is worth the reward from a salary perspective
