EExcellent when recovering debt and handling queries

I have good relationship with coworkers we work as a team. I enjoy handling queries and dealing with difficult clients. We are doing inbound and outbound calls. The most challenging aspects its when debtors paid at client and we send them messages that legal action will be taken against them.

Pros: It will be great opportunity to be promoted
Cons: Normal working hours

Don’t need supervision.

I was working as a quality assessor, my duties include filling, couching team members, emailing, transferring calls to different extensions on a busy switchboard, data capturing, greeting and meeting clients and accepting deliveries from courier.

Pros: Stability
Cons: Boss not a leader

I am the best for the post

I have more than 6 years working experience in call centre as debt collector ,good communication skills both verbal and written communication , i can work under pressure to reach my target ,computer literacy , problem solving skills ,able to work in a team and independent good customer service skills ,matric and secretarial qualification skills

The good things Generally steady stable work, good people to work with and fun being around new technology all the time The challenges @,NICS the workload is to high and every daywork is very challenging which is I think it's very good environment to learn new things..

Best Collector (3 years)

I believe in target meeting even exceeding the limit as for dedication showing and passion. Working in teams or individual is okay but the main thing is to make productivity. Customer service is a daily learning curve as we learn daily how to deal with customers. I enjoy making customers happy and as well as the company to benefit. The challenge comes on teams when they don't agree to a task while having a deadline.

Hard worker

Good in learning

We were doing inbound and outbound calls. Capturing debtor's information, handling queries ,arranging payments,recovering debt. We were working as a team. I enjoy failing to customers on daily basis educating them.

Pros: It will be great opportunity to be promoted
Cons: Normal working hours and overtime if possible

Most improved

I am hard working person and am always willing to learn and share my knowledge and experience with people around me. I am currently employed at NICS as consultant(debt collector). Great opportunity to expand & learn

-Supervise staff, Management of HR principles & disciplines including payroll management, Strategy implementation, Policy formation & implementations, onboarding of new recruits & perform exits, Labour Relations matters, attend to & representation at CCMA -Good relationship with co-workers -What I’ve learnt is importance of transparency in order to transform -Most challenging was ensuring that management understands diversity and importance of leadership roles & ensuring equity

Excellent learning curve

I am a good team player, who works well with co-workers. I am a fast learner. I meet targets. I have been in collection industry for 2 years this year in February.

Pros: great opportunity for promotions and i will be learning new things.
Cons: I am willing to work extra hours.
