Learning curve

Its a great learning curve, but when it comes to growth you don't grow you stuck in one place for years. Overall you will learn and become good at what u do as long you focus and ignore people.

Good

Analytical and most ambitious Am willing to work long hours.this is the most desirable moments of my life and am always working hard doing most of the work so great and patience tolerance.am able to work alone and under supervision. Work friendly and easy to learn new concepts..able to rise point and good strategy for companies growth.i work very hard and undisreable social hours.

I am employed full time, working in a medical laborary.

My daily duties at work entails, 1. Receiving of specimens 2. prepare them for analysis 3. Load them on machines. I can run ABOTT machine, ROCHE machine and ELISA. 4. I accept results 5. I issue results to the doctors and nurses 6. I monitor the turn around time 7. I do statistics 8. I work overtimes when required my job is very interesting. I have learn to work underpressurer and to work with different people as our lab is a multi cultural lab.

Pros: I am already a sernior technician
Cons: Weekends and holidays sometimes as overtime

I like to learn new skills but am exceptionally good at coordinating and facilitating events

Placed adverts for all courses run by CDC Atlanta - USA Logistics for all participants and facilitators Arranged sited for courses and accommodation for courses Printing of all material for the courses I learnt to be both patient and compassionate with the participants as most were not well conversed in English Working as a team player was always rewarding for me People like Dr. Thor Elliott changed my perception of people that we work with through his holistic approach

Pros: Meeting people from all over the world and to learn about their cultures etc
Cons: Some times i was away from home for long periods of time and as I am the sole breadwinner my family battled at times with my very sick husband

Running and resulting patient samples in a shift system

It's a nice working environment, just need growth. I have gained a lot of experience and ready to take on the world. We have a large number of samples coming through and helps with the growth. One has learnt to really work under pressure and deliver results timely. The organisation offers training to allow employees to better themselves and get out there.
