TYPICAL WORK DAY: We start at 07:00 to 17:00. We spend most of the day on site, repairing streetlights and installing boreholes. I conduct risk assessments and ensure correct protective clothing is worn at all times. RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS: We are like a family here. The relationship is professional though. We always communicate with each other and plan the jobs day before we commence. WHAT HAVE I LEARNT: Yes we are a small company, but having active team players makes everything easy, targets are reached on time. You just need to humble yourself and listen to others. WHAT DO I ENJOY MOST: When i do presentations for the guys, i make sure that everyone understands and is more than welcome to ask for clarity. I love my filing system, it makes it easier for me get documents on time. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF MY JOB: When i have to attend a briefing that i am clueless about. It helps me to do my research and come back with a clear picture.

Easy learner
My daily work is working with the financial system,data capture, client relation for queries, checking the route and also journals including levy correction and journal transfer. Relationship with my co-workers is smooth because we are the team and we correct and respect each others like brothers and sisters. I have learn so much so far certainly in working environment how to treat other fairly and how to work as a team during the hard times Working and to communicate with my co-workers because they taught me thing that can build me. When it levy time, they is so much of work because everything must be on the system, so that they can levied people.

Exellent communication skills
Answer telephone, typing of memorandums, typing of minutes, bookings for hotels for s&t. Order stationery, make payments to monthly expenses. I can work with people at all levels. I like to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers to keep the operation of the company running smooth. Working under pressure. I enjoy enteracting with people. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with angry, rude and aggresive customers.

I am a hardworking person and ambitious to learn new things, I enjoy working with other people and also to work individually. I am easy to work with. and u can trust me with your work. I have learn a lot about how co communicate with the workers to make them understand their leave. and I've learn also to do the recruitment and selection of the best candidate. I enjoy working with people. I like something that will give me a challenge, like dealing with the workers making them to understand about their leave. on how they can take it.

GOOD
Our company its big industry with lots of people in this local government industry, working for the Municipality its a great experience, I've learn a lot with different people in different religions, I've meet people who are so kind and mean sometimes, but in each and every industry we get such people. I work 9 hours a day with is fair and people is this place they're great people with good heart. I've learn so many things such as; filling the records of the company and keeping them safe, minute recording of meetings, Deals with clients queries in a affective manner Verify cash and cheques and keep update records in a book provided, apply suitable principle which best suit that present situation, abide by acts and prescripts, Treasury regulations, ability to work with figures, provide administrative work, etc.

Customer relatipns and achieving community development
I obtained a National Diploma: Office Management and Technology through Tshwane University of Technology in 2009. I have been involved and participated in administration leadership and I realized the importance of time management, planning, accuracy and attention to detail. I have the ability to work well individually and within a team and the development of one’s interpersonal communications skills. My willingness to work and eagerness to learn and do more allows me to be highly efficient and effective. I firmly believe I will bring and add great value to the enrichment of your organisation

Excellent for school leavers
Excellent relationship with co-workers Typical work day was basically handling incoming mail, typing of correspondence when needed, manage attendance register of 24 employees, Relief as Receptionist for 3 years, I have learnt patience with difficult public, What I enjoyed the most is the friendly public who always greet with respect, Control of being under pressure

Good learning curve
>> A typical work day at the Municipality especially at water services would be regular sewer blockages ,burst pipes and pump blockages that need to be maintained >>currently my relationship with the Co-workers is professional and we try by all means to work as a team to archive our goal >> i have learnt to respect and rely on my team mates and to work under pressure to deliver services to our people >> i enjoy mostly to deliver and to get positive response from our clients >>politics would have to be the most challenging aspect to work under.

It was a good learning experience though hard environment to work inn
The municipality is a good place to work in but politics are making it to be a very difficult place to work as politions are interfering with day to day operations.
