What an awesome Experience

though not too busy, the typical work day would was filled of exciting hence it required engaging Stakeholders of the institution. it helped a lot in shaping my interpersonal character and how i relate to other people especially co-workers, having at time been faced with a challenge to intervene in conflict management. all these has shaped me into a better person on how i should work in a team.

Pros: an opportunity for self-evaluation
Cons: less time for self
