I learn to respect job and people I enjoy to see my role working and helping company. To do formulation most of the time because it challeging my mind.

My job as a quality supervisor and lab texhnocian

Working with different people is challenging but i guess having values and respect for each other helps alot, and working with quality manager i get alot of knowledge and develops my view on quality in the work place, working under pressure i am able to plan my work and know what is important in my daily word. Working in the lab as a technician means i should know all the equipment that is used and I can be able to calibrate it with their required standards

Pros: Good opportunity to gain experience
Cons: No growth
