Good place to learn how to work.

Netcare is a very good company to work for. There has a very good management style and friendly managers. I have very good working ours for us as Pharmacists and the assistants. Our stuff is very friendly and kind to each other. I started my pharmaceutical career here at Netcare so I have learnt a lot in this field. I enjoy the dispensing and inter acting with our customers.

Pros: Good increses.
Cons: Works on public Holidays.

I enjoy learning new things.

I like working with people from all group. I learn that good working relationship and good communication at work place makes work easy. Sharing ideas with co-workers makes good team work.

Pros: I'm working hard on a daily basis to earn a good promotion and experiance.
Cons: I always work long hours when the needs araise.

Team work always is the key..need to make sure you do your job according to your scope of practice, if you didn't finish you work for the day you make sure when you hand over you do it well inform the person that this is what is done n completed for the day and this is what is left because nursing is continues

EXELLENT LEARNING PATH

I have a good sense of Humour that Helps me to build a relationship with my co-workers , I love Smiling and like working in a group and helping each other where there's something we struggle with. im very down to earth person , cool guy who laugh a lot and so friendly to be around , I love working with Customers , at Netcare I have learned so many things , how to treat patients with love and care , how to stay well groomed and Hand Hygiene . I Enjoyed working at Pharmacy and being a Ward Secretary . .. The most challenging aspects was seeing a young soul sick , and loose his/her life right next to me . cause I would feel down the whole day .

Broadening my Experience field

Good day, I am currently working in a Neonatal ICU, have about 10+ years experience, but have been nursing since 2001,completed General Nursing Diploma with Unisa, fundamentals in NICU.Also have worked as a phlebotomist , running a depo point. Young and eager to learn new fields and willing to do extra training or studies, to better improve myself. Kind Regards Leonie R Greeff

Working at Netcare Alberlito Hospital is a learning experience. Every day meeting new people. Dealing with patients and clients. Helping others.A new experience every day.
