Net1has given me the opportunity to learn things I never thought I could do. Through my colleagues and superiors I have learnt team management skills, time management, assertiveness, change awareness and other technical skills such as fixing ATM's, receiving CIT, fixing laptops and other stuff. Truly Net1 has equipped me with the skills that makes me an irresistible candidate for any position that comes my way.

Work indepently

We were selling policies Provide administration support Provide secretary duties in the office Submitting funeral claims to the head office Receiving calls for clients who are were claiming their deaths and also those who were cancelling the policy if they were no longer interested in it.

Pros: non promotions
Cons: long working hours

Growth opportunities

A typical day consist of logging calls and assisting SASSA grant beneficiaries with their daily customer service queries. I work closely with my colleagues, team work is very important in order to successfully execute tasks at hand. I've learned about going the extra mile for my client and also delivering excellent customer service to profit the business. I enjoy providing solutions and assistances to my clients. The most challenging aspects about my job is not being able to provide immediate assistance to my clients due to a backlog of calls being logged.

Good

Hard working, skills and motivation . I'm currently working as a Support Supervisor at Net1 attending technical calls and monitoring and supervising ( data capture, software tester, networking, ATMs, payment machines Biomentric and enrolment machines .

Pros: the company is doing good and the stats is growing ever since I started working at Net1

Excellent company to work for as they urge workers to grow within the company

Learning curve

Day to day operations like field support following up on open calls. Assigning calls and work to different department and following up on SLA. Testing software and checking with technicians . Ensuring that stock balances
