Reputation Management, global strategic alignment and localised strategy with business growth
No single day is the same. My day can gravitate from sense checking brands' concept for reputation risk to managing a crisis with factories or dealing with a complex media query. Understanding business priorities and managing issues that can mitigate against those and identifying opportunities is part of the process. I believe in situational and inspirational leadership and allowing team members to innovate and self actualise. I've learnt that influencing with integrity and collaboration are critical elements in any leadership process. I enjoy coming up with ideas notwithstanding challenges (budget cuts) and identifying internal and external partnerships to achieve operational and strategic objectives. I've learnt that never assume, seek clarity, mean what you say and say what you mean.

Excellent learning curve
Nestle is a great company with many oppunities to grow, I have learn to engaged with different race and able to build great and good relationship with my co workers. I have learn to work under a lot of pressure but now I feel I have to move for more challenging job that will make me grow my career

Learning curve
Herewith I apply for the position as advertised. My experience spans various industries including Financial, Auditing, Media, Retail and Food & Beverage, having worked for some of the largest corporates within South Africa. • Administration and co-ordination of procure to pay process. • Keeping track of KPI's performance. • Key SAP Roles. • Liaising with suppliers. • All the purchases of imported parts • Initiating and maintaining Capex orders for the head engineers. • Checking of import documents and maintaining shipment files
