Working in Neotel has given me the ability to understand networks.

Project manage delivery of services from initiation to completion via our OffNet vendors. Ensure project are completed within the standard delivery time, within budget and best quality. Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers. Hold meeting with OffNet vendors weekly to discuss project status update, challenges and opportunities.

Want to persue my knowledge

I am self-motivated and determined in my approach to work. I define myself as responsible individual who has a passion for new technologies. Excellent learning curve

Working at Neotel taught me patience with customers. To push my self and see what I can achieve and excel in.loved working in a team and also individually. Having that satisfied customer at the end of call.

Assisting the the account manager to close the deal on system. ,follow up with other department and admin,checking all the dodument sign by the customer are correct .

Excellent working curve

A great company that respects people cultural diversity is very much alive Colleagues are very respectful towards each other We have a very wonderful CEO who listen to employees attentively You are always made to feel at home and welcomed which is a good thing because you adjust fast and good to the environment

Great culture, lot learned

Neotel is a great company to work for . A lot has been learned and you get to explore what each department does and get involve. The culture and the people in Neotel are great. A small company where everyone knows each other and get to engage with one another often.

IT Support

I am one type of a person that can work with anyone at any given time. I enjoy working with my hands more. The most challenging aspects of my job is when we have a project during that week and have to balance with our daily work. In the company I have learnt to lesson and know that the customer is always right. Most enjoying at work is when users are happy with my work, it makes me happy that I have solve someone’s problems.
