Great place to work at

I had a wonderful time working at nedbank, the staff members where friendly and im a very good team player I loved the fact that I had a monthly target that was set for me to reach evrey month I enjoyed having have to plan my day before going to work, knowing what I have to achieve daily to be able to reach my monthly target i was excited by the fact that I met different people with different personality

Executive customer service

am currently in a Multiproduct space as Team leader with a span of control of 16 agents reporting to me directly. Mxolisi is a well presented, articulate and focused individual who has a passion for delivering quality service and putting the customer at the heart of everything he does. Possessing a long track record of making sure that his staff in his current employer is getting everything just right. I play a huge role at also recruiting the right people with the right behaviours and ensure they are given access to the right training, from induction through to any specialist training required to do the job better. One of my key strength is the ability to only make effective decisions based on a thorough analysis of the information, and using that to drive business performance and a development of employees within the organisation. Right now I am looking for a big stage for my talents with a reputable company that will allow me to grow my career and flourish within a stimulating environment.

Target driven environment.

Every independent work, not much interaction with co-workers and pretty fair work.Good place for self motivation. Limiting in work development its to specific to branch out into other departments.

Great opportunity to grow

I am a hard worker and dedicated worker Team player I am a problem solver I work well under pressure Going the extra mile for clients is vital important As a call agent I've leant that you always need to put the clients needs ahead of yours The most challenging aspect would be assisting an irate client and still managing to end the call with a smile on your face as well as in the client's voice.

Served the industry well.

My career at Nedbank started 15 years ago from November 2000 to date. Part of my initial responsibilities included Card and Merchant Fraud Investigations. Heading up the Card Forensic Investigations area, within Nedbank. There are seven staff members reporting to me. I represent Nedbank at various Forums including SABRIC (South African Bank Risk Information Centre). I have regular dealings with the three Card Associations, Department of Justice, SAPS and various stake holders, within the banking industry. Interaction and regular meetings with the Card Associations as regulatory body. Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Internal and external investigations of Third Party Vendors I am always willing to learn new things, and give freely of the knowledge I have. I believe that you are never too old to learn and never too young to teach. I pride myself in willingness to learn and grow within a company. Always be positive
