My future and what I would like.

Typical day at work is learning something new every day. I have nice co workers but something they annoy me as they always having conversations on their mother tongue. I've learned how to make my own application for SARB approval to our Head Office Exchange Control department and other little things but I feel I have more room to learn more but am finding it exceptionally difficult. If your not the favorite then you don't get the opportunity to grow. Learning what I can and more everyday is what I enjoy. Most challenging aspects is development but other wise I grow in my own way and make the most of it. All I want to be is the greatest thing a company has ever employed and I know I can and will be.... My potential is flowing over.

Cons: No personal development

Nedbank CIB

Nedbank CIB is a great place to work where different department share knowledge and experience. Nedbank would choose to retain staff rather than retrench which is a great benefit in todays economic climate
