Dedicated, hardworking PM looking to further my career

Good day Despite having 22 years experience within sectional title property management, I also have a degree for public relations. This combined skill is utilized within the company and of course clients. Your trustees need to trust you - in order to assist them completely. I am friendly and a dedicated hard worker. Although my partner and I tried to make a life in the beautiful Garden Route, this unfortunately cuts my career opportunities down to almost impossible. We will be returning to Cape Town, in order for me to pursue my career. As mentioned on first footnote - I will be in Cape Town the Monday and would be great if I were able to meet you. I look forward to hearing from you

Pros: Good infrastructure (team work), good benefits, good management
Cons: Many late nights - meetings, deadlines, fufilling expectation of clients

Many opportunities but to certain people.

The company has a wide range of learning and growing opportunities but not available to everyone working for the company as it supposed to be. In some areas things are not done the way the company has landed them. The people incharge there are reducing costs on expense of the employees. I feel that some people are not paid what they are supposed to be paid.

Pros: there greate opportunities for growth in this company but not treated thr same way. The company is the great company to work for.
Cons: the is no eqaulity in this company in certain areas.
