You cant really plan what you need to do on a daily basis, there will always be projects /things that comes through your table from other team to help out. Relationship with colleagues needs to improve and have soft skills and work ethics _integrity. I have learnt lot of things though, we still lack when it comes to organisational support for employees to achieve thier personal development goals and possibilities for promotions. I enjoy working on projects, changing young people's life

Working with people and attending strategic plan

i'm working under business advisory services , what i have learn based on that its to share information to people who doesn't know anything about NYDA . Challenges that i was facing it was when i had to capture 4 files , count them and capture them then consolidate the database it was a hectic day but i managed .

Pros: when my mentor compliment me with my hard work
Cons: Working without expecting anything

Good working environment

I used to work 8 hours a day. I was a good working environment. we treated equally with other permanent employees and the were so friendly and supportive. I have learned a lot related to finance such as how to prepare cash payments and deposits, creating eft payments. preparing petty cash and Reconcile them ,Capturing invoices into computer system.

Pros: Gaining more work experience
Cons: Transportation

Developmental

My daily working schedule there is always something challenging to do or attend to. I I enjoy resolving partners issues and figure out or discover new ways of doing things. The office culture is very nice and, welcoming provide enough space to work within a team and also independently.

Pros: Nice youthful working culture
Cons: Stagnant growth
