Great learning experience

A typical work day included scheduled hours of cold calling potential clients to inform and educate them on the debt review process. Qualifying potential clients as well as create client profiles on Simplicity software, and thereafter transferring clients to Senior Advisors. The working environment is very high paced, energetic and success driven. Coworkers and always there to help with anything and are always motivating one another every day. A great way to build experience and learn.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth and regular incentives
Cons: Far from home, causing travelling issues

Hard working & drive.

I’ve really learnt how to work with people. Be patient & reason with the next person. Great leadership to help people like me to be driven & know what they want. As when I started working I needed a lot of motivation, guidance & a lot of determination.

Student mentality and fast learner never want to be everage work and very competitive

Strive to be the best by doing it right the first time Innovative person that alway want to be an outstanding perfomer. I enjoy a good working environment and hard work. I learn new things everyday

Pros: I did extra course while working I passed it in flying colours because I wanted a more responsible position
Cons: I did not mind much about negative or extra hours because I loved my work and good at it

Not much to share about the company.

We generally call client's through a database that is automated. We generally m the company is supportive of employees. If needs be you cannot sustain transport fare, they will assist you. ake 400 calls a day. We follow up and offer debt review service.

Pros: Commission
Cons: Little time to eat. 30 min break
