Excellent learning curve, Proffesional work enviroment

My relationship with my co-workers were strictly professional, no personal relationships, I knew what I wanted to do or be within the company and maintaining relationships possibly would've interfered with the situation at hand. I have learnt how to handle clients as professional as I possibly could. I mostly enjoyed the Morning meetings they always got us hyped up energetic to start the day with a clear fresh persona. The most challenging aspect was coming home and knowing you haven't made a sale for the day, I felt as if I let down the company but that pushed me forward to do my best the next day.

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning Curve

- I learn how to deal with different consumer's behavior -how National Credit Regulator oparates or expect from both Creditors and Consumers. - learn so much about different systems eg debt help system - I enjoyed working together with my team as well as individual. - build good relationship with your client and provide a good customer service. - Reaching my daily targets make it easy to reach your monthly target. - however I get frustrated when thing are not organised around me because that makes it difficult to reach my targets e.g system error , dailor not working, can't reach your emails system is down etc.

I was based at the reception at the time i was still working with them. However, i got retrenched.

God company to work with and thee are opportunities.. There is respect for diversity and people are treated fairly..If i had the chance, I would go back.

Excellent learning curve

I have almost 3 years working for National Debt Advisors and I have worked for 2 departments. I started there with no experience within the debt review department and I have achieved and debt counselling certificate and I am working within a team that resolved complex matters. I also attend meetings with the big banks to represent the company. Due to my passion when I put my attention into what I do, I am trusted for greater things. I am always willing to learn and I am loyal. I am a good negotiator I am analytical

I would say it is a great opportunity to learn and grow

Opportunities are available, they just need a go-setter, and well driven personnel. and gain so much experience since it is a versatile company and needs a very flexible person who can quickly adapt to change.But overall it is a great stepping stone for an individual that is interested in perusing debt review.

Pros: Indeed there is room for knowledge and growth and opportunities to become a sennior empoyee

Good learning curve

- Only an hour tea/lunch - make about 300-400 calls per day - good relationship with co-workersw - learned alot about customer service and telemarketing - enjoy speaking to new people - most challenging aspect is making weekly sale targets
