I matriculated in 2001. I have certificate in Human resource management and administration in 2003. I started at Nashua in 2013-2014. I was doing credit vetting and credit control. Am now at NBA doing collections.

Stimulating Passion

Passion for the best in customer satisfaction is important to me. I have been a long time in the service industry and still enjoy the challenges on a daily basis. This stimulates me to becoming more innovative and creative in every customer encounter. The ability to make sure that I have a great day and stay focused becomes second nature after years of experience. I have become a calm and confident individual and I will be strong for new opportunities.

Pros: yes great opportunity to become the best in the market and to grow with industry or out of it maybe to own my own store.
Cons: yes I dont mind to work long hours and on weekends
