Great exposure to the NGO/NPO environment.

A typical day will begin with making sure everyone has arrived safely and on time. Making sure all the drivers have all there required paperwork and stationery if required to go to sites for the week. Making sure the office is clean and prepared before the arrival of the deputy director. Making sure all the refreshments are arranged and set-up in his office. Making your the reception area is neat and tidy at all times. Making sure the switchboard is manned and that all visitors are received and hosted. Responsible for all courier & postage distribution and receiving. Allocation of stationery to all staff when required. Making sure that we have adequate stock of all consumables. I have learnt to be more flexible to co-workers needs. I have trained mentors to be more PC literate and they have empowered me to give back more of my time I have learnt to be more tolerant and have become more accepting of peoples weaknesses but also providing support when required new ways to perform tasks out of my norms.

Pros: Great environment. Excellent team co-coherence. Great exposure to management team and different tasks.
Cons: No job satisfaction, no benefits and very little career growth

Professional receptionist with golden voice etiqutte

Everyday is a busy day with deadlines, but cheerful colleagues make the day easy and full filled. Team work counts. Learnt to work under pressure but maintain professional services To busy all day engaging with colleagues through work and be a solution, being creative and meeting deadlines. Free caring environment to work in. Reception is the image if the company. Dealing with difficult clients with no proper information

A highly resourceful, flexible and enthusiastic individual who possesses a vast amount of knowledge in administrative and office Management procedures. A quick learner who can absorb new ideas and is experienced in coordinating, planning and organizing a wide range of administrative activities. I am always willing to learn and be trained on new systems.

Excellent promotions

am a young ,enthusiastic lady,who is highly motivated,creative,versatile and result oriented who enjoys being part of,as well as leading a successful and productive team. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts,and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I love admin and office work and will ensure a smooth business processing flow between the office and other departments. I have Diploma In office computing and National Certificate in Generic Management and i have work experience in Administration Clerk, Data Capture. I have done training in sales which strengthened my communication skills and also did Training in Bookkeeping for 3 Months which has taught me how to prepare and send invoices and record customer billings . I can work well on my own initiative and capable of demonstrating high levels of motivation required in meeting deadlines.

Lm asnath silubane and ever smiling girl with good communication.

i was working at centre as a child youth care worker,i love children,i ws working in a life.space of a child work in a moment also advocate for them.it is good to work as team becouse we help each other.we were all friends sisters respecting each other.i have learned to be humble when you work wth different peaple and to know your strength also respect.i was enjoying to work wth children i was also teaching them netball.my challeng was to advocate for children who dont have doccuments at schol they dont accept them.

Excellent place to work, great working environment

It's a great place to work at, environment and all. Love the diversity of the NGO and how they recognise potential. I have learnt a lot abut working with disavanatged kids and families and that has given me the opportunity to see things in a different way.

Excellent growth

Good communication skills with co-workers and management, able to meet daily daily deadlines and pull reports. I have learn to among different people with different culture and still maintain professional respect and image. Enjoy learning different skills and different languages. Enjoy to adapt daily situations professional. Challenges are people who are not irresponsible and not able to meet deadlines.

Excellent learning curve

Working with NACCW have thought me so much ,I came as an cleaner ,went to work as an data capture and become a receptionist , coming with my matric certificate not having an diploma in administration field was not an issue with the company , just because I was willing to learn in the company they allowed me and I strived to succeed in being something better in life ,I now have experience in so many things in the admin field ,I'm able to apply for receptionist and admin jobs just because of the company NACCW. I have a great relationship with my co -workers. Working for the company is much fun and relaxing environment.

Target driven & deadline needs to be met month

I enjoy pushing myself to reach targets on a daily bases, trying very hard to eliminate errors. Verification gave you a second chance to go through your daily work & it requires attention to detail. My hard work is paying off since there is 1% error on the overall.

Pros: Meeting the targets on time
Cons: No time to relax
