Long working hours but nice working associates bad team leaders and good environment and skills I have learnt hygiene and PPE I have also learnt how to stand on my way and working without team work.cooking was my favourite part because I'd learn new recipes everyday .

Learning was of cognisance
GI have been unemployed, but i will speak about my former job. It was amazing considering the work that i was doing. I learnt a lot from that job and personally, i feel as if that's the main purpose of getting a job. Even though the objective is to make money but the priority should be based on learning, equipping yourself with knowledge that can propell you or even elevate you to certain heights

I love creating and finding solutions.
II am a recent graduate with no working experience on my field. I am looking forward to a an entry position which will give me a great start to my career and a sense of direction where I'll learn, grow and exercise my knowledge and be part of a solution. I am a friendly person and I work well with people. I also function in pressure to deliver the designates result if need be. I love cooking, I enjoy seeing people's faces when they taste my food.

B-Logic is a high intensity job keeping you alert and on your toes
a typical day at the office includes friendly colleagues and a office full of ringing phones and technicians resolving issues. We have a great work relationship and a lot of us become personal friends I have learnt, first and foremost, that high intensity does not mean high stress, I have had great opportunities to up skill and improve on my skills and learn new ones I enjoy that we are capable and able to work freely with not much restrictions, IE, I don't have to be micro managed and am treated like a responsible adult with a common goal, and afforded opportunities to excel The most challenging part of the job is answering a phone or calling a user who is not the friendliest and has a stubborn nature

Life and time at Transnet
Iam current unemployed. However, my previous work environment include scheduling shifts for stuff, ensuring cabin and trains are clean and ready for taking loads. I had a good relationship with employees, was able to identify challenged colleagues and assist them where possible refer them to EAP as their supervisor. I learned to manage fleet, people skills, administration and conflict management. The most challenging aspect was constantly having to divert your daily plan and trains due to unforeseen circumstances and still make sure it does not affect the next day's rooster. That entails rearranging employees, train, etc
Pros: Was promoted to Chief Shedman, Started as a Assistant driver, got an opportunity to train as a Driver, and given an opportunity to introduce a new class of trains in the country. Trained colleagues on the new class train

Im a youth who is looking for a job to get an exposure in the cooperate world and also to contribute on the growing economy of south africa.i have zero experience when it comes to working industry butim theoritical exposed on mechanical engineering field.
