Good experience
my first day at work i was shouted by project manager as was waiting for my Artisan to come back from toilet.i enjoyed every single day at work as we had good communication and brothers and sister keeper.great experience on the field and skills of starting and finish work.when time goes they trusted me as was working alone at some task with no supervision.

Every day was n learning curve for me
My day to day at work were to co ordinate the safety on site and to keep n good relationship between me and my fellow workers and my more than 10 years in this industry have i leart that chanching of behaver can lead to n better envoiroment for all

My leadership skills.
Since I have worked in mining both underground and surface/plant including the power stations.My fellow employees believe that I am capable of leading them to execute our daily duties since I have proven that I can work under pressure, long hours and without supervision. During conflict situations I always advise them to adhere to the company policies, because I work with ethics by reporting each and every misconduct.
Pros: Safety is number one, that makes our job enjoyable from lower level to the senior employees.
Cons: 12 hours work a day even on Sundays if needs be.
