Looking up for a challenge

I am willing to be in testing analyst field,you learn different things that are coming up in the company if there is a innovation.learning new things everyday,different projects coming up. Knowing more of technology interms of a computer systems.l love to be in a different evironment compared to my previous company. Am very good in markerting analysis, getting to understand and question myself with the why,how and what is teaching me as a human being to learn to think before i come to conclusion

Excellent team working skills

work for not more 8 hours a day and there is high co operation with employees to do work quick and easier. i enjoyed working outdoor most of the time without supervision. the challenge is that you have to finish the site you are given.

Pros: for contract there are less opportunities to be promoted , the contract will be terminated by ending date.
Cons: 8 hours

Excellent learning curve

Most challenging job as you have to deal with lots of political influence from the communities. Conflict management is very key Sometimes contractors are not paid on time and you have to manage that, as they sometimes pull out of site. Have to build strong working relations with them and the subordinate staff to get things running smoothly Management skills need to be on point,

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Forced to work out of scope areas

Problem solving skills

Working at Greater Tzaneen Municipality as a wastewater Process Controller has tought me so many things, which is to work under non supervision, working shifts though I was an intern. It also help me to learn how to have a good communication skills with my supervisor and co-workers. At Musan Trading Enterprise pty/Ltd. As a community Liaison Officer I learned to do other jobs rather than supervising, I worked hand in hand and with the Health and Safety officer.

Cons: Working on holidays and weekends
