Good learning curve

I have had good working experience In the company, with the promotions that I was granted and the knowledge I have gained. I have learnt to be a tem player and being professional. also one thing I learnt was to be a leader without oppressing or undermining those under me, I enjoyed being around people who understand me and willing to work as a team to achieve customer goals.

Good learning curve

Working here has been a good learning curve, i have learnt and bonded with my co workers very well, they treat you as a family. i enjoy being able to be free which allows me to do my job well with no one putting pressure on me though i can handle it. the most challenging about this job is the last week of every month when we have to push every order out in time, pressure piles up, and a lot has to be done in a very short time.

Pros: good company for promotion
Cons: good working hours including weekends
