I personally think that,If you can't serve your Clients and give them the required Service then you actually applying for the downfall of your own business.

Pros: I always strive to achieve target limits and beyond.

No Opportunities

I need to pursue other avenues and challenges as the current Company does not offer anything significant .The business is not growing as such and cannot develop employees.

Pros: No Opportunities of development in the same Company.
Cons: Unpaid Overtimes
