Self motivated,vibrant, energetic and dedicated

The work environment it good because we learnt from each other which is team work it more important as we work for target which is we need to meet daily,weekly and monthly target that for individual as well as a team. Some days are typically as we work with our customers but need to be polite in order for customer why you need his or her time. I learnt lot of things from my colleagues and management like how you deal with difficult situation even in your personal life,how to grow your future. The most thing I have enjoyed incentives they daily,weekly and monthly incentives which is so motivating and not working weekends. The most challenging it deal with difficult customers which some of them they don't want to give you chance to talk but I know how to handle my customers.

Pros: Have opportunity to study within the company and promotions
Cons: Working day shift with no weekends

Learning has been great and experience had been amazing

I need opportunity to grow as a person and employee. Just looking for company that can offer me this, and better time and holiday and better salary. Company makes a lot of money for people that earn more. And the less paid are still suffering

I am currently working as a store manager and have accumulated all the relevant experience throughout my years that have prepared me for this positons day to day I deal with customer complaints and have admin responsibility, answering phone call stock Management and people management but most importantly customer satisfaction I have experience in working under a lot of pressure and meeting deadline and task orientated. Always under pressure to perform to your best and be creative think on your feet because retail changes instantly Need to know in advance how to sell your stock to ten different customers before you even meet them . Admin ,paperwork ,and stock controlling

Cummunication

Typical day to day work is communicating with customers and educating them about they total due outstanding and negotiate ways of making payments I get along with all my team mates and assisting them whenever they need me I have learnt alot with the 2 years I'm working for Mrp Group, but the most important to me is listening to my customers and find a way to help them out with they accounts What I enjoy the most is when a customers is happy and satisfied with the consultation that will help them in the long run It might be hard to communicate with difficult customers, but I always keep calm and assist whenever I can

Fast learner, inquisitive, honest, clean, always learning new things, active, friendly & respectful

I work under a department called Styleshoot in the marketing department. We retouch close to 100 images per day which get upload by e-commerce on to the website daily

Excellent place to grow yourself and learn to communicate and thing on on your feet.

Working at Mr group is wonderful and you get to engage with more than 300 customers a call telephonically and via chats and i have gained experience in peoples skills, communcation and most importanly to multi task, know customers query before they even finish telling their problem, resolving issues as when customers call in irate and confused i make sure that when the customer cuts the call he/she is now happy and singing praises. We are a family at work we always have each others backs and we always support each because of the work load we always have sinec we are the only call centre working with 3 countries.

Pros: great learning experience
Cons: long hours and salary is not good for my expenses
